CookieSeal's paid-plan activation is currently handled directly by the CookieSeal team. Refunds, cancellations, and billing changes are reviewed against the actual billing arrangement on your account rather than a universal self-serve policy screen.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan is free forever and does not involve any charges or refunds.
2. Paid Plans — Current Review Path
Paid-plan refunds are currently reviewed case by case against the approved billing setup on your account. CookieSeal does not present a universal automatic 7-day refund guarantee while paid activation is still handled manually. Contact [email protected] with your account email and the billing context so the team can review the request.
3. Recurring Billing
Recurring billing terms depend on the approved plan arrangement active on your account. Do not assume a generic self-serve cancellation or non-refundable renewal policy unless that billing method has been explicitly enabled for your account.
4. Cancellations
Self-serve cancellation and billing-portal controls are still being finalized. During the current rollout, cancellation requests are handled manually through [email protected], and the team will confirm the effective date and any remaining billing obligations for your setup.
5. Exceptions
We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or other misuse of the service or billing process.
6. Disputes
If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we may be unable to process a direct refund. Please contact [email protected] first.
